4. User Responsibility
You are responsible for the safe installation, use, and removal of any OBD-II adapter, mobile device, or related equipment. Do not interact with the application, phone, website, or diagnostic equipment while driving.

5. No Emergency Service
Car Health Data is not an emergency service. The service does not monitor your vehicle in real time for emergency response and does not contact emergency services, roadside assistance, mechanics, manufacturers, insurers, or government agencies on your behalf.
